FOREST STAND SENGAKUJI

Love this little hole in the wall cafe. I had an iced green tea latte, a green smoothie and a burrito. Great price and everything was tasty. Will definitely be back for more.

The coffee and food were great. The way the lunch menu works is that you pick one main dish from the menu and then pick brown or white rice. The staff don't speak English and I ended up ordering wrong, but it was worth getting another lunch item, be cause it ended up being the best. My friend got the fried chicken, and in his first bite he said it might be the best fried chicken he's had. Be warned, it takes up to 15 or so minutes to fry the chicken, so you may be be waiting. I got the Taco meat/rice main dish, and man it tastes nothing like taco I'm used to, but what it did taste like was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend that main dish. Food also comes with a small salad which was nice. The coffee late tasted just fine to me, and they used all compostable cups/boxes. Super great place. There's not sit down area to eat there, but a bit across the street at the train station there are benches and tables to eat at.

Amazing tasty bento to take away, we haven't yet stayed there, but it's worth a visit just for taking something amazing and filling for your lunch break. Great variety in different bentos and also each bento has many different ingredients, all very tasty.

I came for coffee here everyday through my stay in Japan and I loved it. Down to earth, local shop. The people working there are super nice. They also make food that looked great but I never tried it. Recommended!

looks very promising! the staff seemed nice, approaching me with the menu when i stood outside looking intrigued by the hyper modern glass facade of the cafe. updated: so i went and bought gapao rice and taco rice and they were very decent!!

Good latte with a free brownie! Nice atmosphere. I’d love to try their food boxes. Only downside is that a fairly small latte was 400 yen which felt a tad bit expensive.

Love their green tea latte with oat milk! Had one everyday (sometimes twice a day) while staying for my trip. Liked them better than the matcha stand near shibuya. Definitely recommend giving them a visit if you are near by. You also get a little piece of cake with your drink!

Very good bento for a very fair price (850 yen). Good variety of meat, brown rice and vegetables. Best selection after opening (10am). We had it twice for our day trips, as it was close to our hotel, and were very happy with it.
